Praying the daily rosary is my saving grace for so many reasons. I need to pray it. This prayer form is meditative, calming, and inspiring. Answers come while praying, and so does a sense of peace and reassurance that God is with me.

It’s a timeless way to pray. How can all the benefits that come while praying ever go out of style? Here are my top 10 reasons why I think it’s also very cool:

1. We can pray simultaneously while exercising.
2. The repetitive prayer lowers blood pressure.
3. No internet service is required.
4. It distracts us from our worries.
5. It’s proactive. Prayer answers problems.
6. We have endless choices of rosary beads to pray with.
7. Praying it while on public transportation signals fellow passengers that we want privacy.
8. It keeps us out of trouble. When praying the rosary we can’t be gossiping on social media.
9. We can close our eyes and rest while praying it.

And the top ten reason why it is THE coolest thing to do:
