Reading allows us to get lost in the stories of others. We can rejoice and cry for them, often more easily than we can for ourselves.
We don’t need to hold in our pain. Pray about it. Share your worries with your friends. Talk to a counselor. Letting it go is healthier than keeping it inside and allowing it to consume us.
